Upon graduating and starting my first job, my responsibilities were solely limited to those of a technician, handling tasks within a confined scope. As time progressed and I received promotions with increased responsibilities, these responsibilities evolved into managing a larger group of people or a team. However, I lacked a comprehensive understanding of organizational management principles. It was not until I pursued my master’s degree that I was introduced to the concept of organizational charts and gained a deeper understanding of organizations, allowing me to adopt a more holistic perspective.
